We are currently seeking a talented skilled trades professional to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a skilled individual who thrives in a diverse work environment, tackling a variety of tasks with expertise and finesse.

A VALID, CLEAN G LICENSE IS A MUST!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of construction tasks including carpentry, demo, drywall, painting, general and finishing work to support various project phases.
  • Picking up materials, laying floor protection, performing other general labour duties as needed
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and office staff to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve onsite challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and standards.
  • Communicating with other trades on site to ensure that the job is done to the highest standard.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in construction projects
  • Experience in residential construction
  • High work ethic
  • Ability to read drawings
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.
  • An excellent team player committed to contributing to a positive working environment
