POSITION SUMMARY: As a Skilled Tradesman you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure our operations run smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining our company fleet, managing the fabrication shop, overseeing facility maintenance, and performing carpet installation and maintenance tasks. Your role will require flexibility, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on skills across multiple areas. Oversee facilities maintenance for two warehouses Building and developing original products for purchase within our industry Ensuring cleanliness of the shop area Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in general electrical work and welding. Strong troubleshooting skills for machinery and knowledge of air compressors. General carpentry skills and experience with basic maintenance and repair tasks. Ability to work with a variety of tools and perform both hands-on tasks and planning. Reliable, consistent, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good math, planning, and visualization skills, particularly for carpet layout and installation. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items more than 50 pounds. Ability to effectively use hand tools, power tools, and machinery with precision and control. Comfort with kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders or scaffolding to reach and work at various heights and angles.
