START YOUR CAREER IN CONSERVATION AND ECOSYSTEM MANAGEMENT

This 18-week full-time traineeship is your pathway to the Conservation Ecosystem management industry. This is a Queensland Government SKILLING QUEENSLANDERS FOR WORK (SQW) program. This Work Skills Traineeship program offers tailored assistance to disadvantaged Queenslanders to gain nationally recognised skills and vocational qualifications.
You will learn practical skills on the job and participate in classroom theory to enter the Land Conservation industry. GET PAID to earn while you learn! There are multiple career outcomes that could include Bush Regeneration, Park Ranger, Ecologist Field Hand or work in Parks and Gardens.
Work at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and associated properties to participate in real world conservation projects. First Nations peoples are especially welcomed to apply for this course.
