ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Skills Coach, you’ll work with a caseload of apprentices, delivering high-quality coaching and support throughout their learning journey. This is a remote role with the flexibility to manage your own schedule, although occasional travel for observations or meetings may be required.
You’ll guide learners through apprenticeship standards (primarily Levels 3-6), helping them apply their learning in the workplace, build confidence, and prepare for End-Point Assessment (EPA). This is a hands-on role where your industry knowledge makes a real difference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coach and support apprentices throughout their programme, tailoring learning to individual needs.
  • Deliver engaging remote and in person, 1-to-1 and group sessions aligned with apprenticeship standards.
  • Complete progress reviews and maintain accurate records of learner progression.
  • Liaise with employers to support learner development in the workplace.
  • Ensure apprentices are fully prepared for their EPA and qualification requirements.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in line with Ofsted and ESFA expectations.
