As part of our hiring package, we can offer fully funded places on:

• Level 5 Teaching Qualifications – ideal if you’ve been thinking about stepping into a teaching or training career
• Specialist SEND Qualification – for those passionate about supporting learners with additional needs, including our growing community of neurodivergent apprentices

• Relevant SEND experience/knowledge or strong hospitality experience with a drive to support learners with complex needs into employment
• A deep passion for hospitality and inclusive learning
• The ability to design and deliver internal training to help our whole team support SEND learners – including creating the best possible learning environment for neurodivergent apprentices, all gained throughout your qualification learning.
