Description

The Student Success team sits at the heart of our mission to support students as they navigate their early careers—connecting them with opportunities, resources, and experiences that help them reach their full potential.
We work across marketing, content, events, campaigns, and partnerships to engage students meaningfully through the targetjobs platform, on campus, and in collaboration with universities and employers. Our work is designed to not only inspire and inform students but to improve outcomes for underrepresented groups and build stronger pathways into top employers.
As Skills & Learning Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our learning offer—leading the design of high-quality, user-first content that helps students build confidence, develop skills, and access the right opportunities. You’ll be central to our goal of delivering meaningful, measurable outcomes through learning—whether via flagship programmes, e-learning modules, or live, student-facing experiences.
The Student Success team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and a shared commitment to making a real difference to students’ lives. If you’re passionate about innovation, student empowerment, and building scalable solutions, this is the team to join.

You’ll take ownership of the full instructional design process—from needs analysis and learning strategy through to content creation, testing, and optimisation. Working closely with subject matter experts, clients, and internal teams, you’ll translate complex information into user-friendly content that works across formats including e-learning, video, webinars, and live workshops.
