Laser and Skin Therapist Job Role
(Zero-Hours Contract or Self-Employed)
Sickness and Holiday Cover – With Opportunity for More Hours
Are you…
* A passionate laser or skin therapist with at least 1–2 years of hands-on treatment delivery experience who genuinely cares about the results that you provide?
* Looking for a new opportunity where you can learn and develop your skills further through tailored training, including advanced therapies and results-driven treatments?
* Looking for a new role where you have more involvement in the patient journey, working closely with the business owner to deliver the best results whilst ensuring that all patients are followed up and looked after?
If so, you are in the right place.
My name is Victoria Bell, and I am a Nurse Prescriber and the owner and founder of Beyoo, a medical skin clinic that has been established for almost 10 years. Due to expansion, I am looking for a laser and skin technician to work alongside me and another therapist to provide our patients with results-driven laser treatments and combination treatment plans.
As my new Laser and Skin Therapist, you will work closely under my guidance to provide advanced laser treatments and support for patients on their skincare journey. This flexible role will involve delivering results-led treatments, maintaining high standards of care and professionalism, and contributing to the development of tailored skincare plans. Full training will be provided. You will also provide ongoing virtual support to patients, ensuring a seamless, client-focused experience.
The ideal person will be…
Experienced but open to learning more and developing their skills alongside me to ensure that all of our patients are not only well looked after, but get amazing results and keep returning and referring their friends.
This role would be ideally suited to someone who genuinely cares about the needs of their clients and their desired treatment outcomes. Somebody who has a friendly manner and is comfortable working with clients without supervision is essential at times.
This role is ideally suited to someone with the following essential skills & attributes:-
* Passionate About Skincare: A genuine drive to make a positive impact on patients’ skin and confidence.
* Results-Driven: Focused on achieving measurable improvements in skin health.
* Empathetic and Patient-Focused: Able to connect with patients, understand their concerns, and provide education and support with kindness.
* Professional: Maintains high standards in both treatment delivery and patient interactions.
* Team-Oriented: Works well with colleagues, supporting the clinic’s goals while also thriving independently within protocols.
* Organised & Detail-Oriented: Takes pride in keeping the treatment room spotless, managing equipment, and maintaining accurate records.
* Flexible: Willing to adapt to clinic needs, including evening and Saturday shifts.
This role is less ideally suited to you if you are:
* Someone seeking a role that is “just a job” rather than a passion.
* Someone who is unable or unwilling to follow protocols or align with the clinic’s results-driven approach.
* Someone who struggles to empathise or connect with clients.
* Someone who is uncomfortable or unwilling to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Someone who prefers to be micro-managed rather than use their own initiative.

Patient Education:
* Confidently educate patients on skincare and product use, reinforcing a results-driven approach.
