Dr. Barbara Sturm in Dubai is looking for a Skincare expert to join their team based in a luxury department store environment.
The Skincare Expert’s mission is to achieve sales targets by delivering a unique & luxury shopping experience every time, anticipating the clients needs and thus meeting their expectations. Being responsible for giving sound skin care advice and guiding clients through skin care and allergy routines with suitable products. The skincare expert will increase brand awareness, build shoppers’ loyalty, respect counter processes, and be a consistent team player.

Responsibilities
  • Generate sell-out, while achieving line and sales target.
  • Achieve other quantitative business objectives as required by the company such as UPT, ATV, CRM conversion, VMS, ranking by brand and market share.
  • Implement cross-selling among all categories to support the awareness of each brand to ensure the sell-out axis.
  • Represent the brand by communicating it’s values and philosophy through all activities and interactions with customers and other team members.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative and flexible approach to support other stores and team members when required.
  • Maintain an interest in the latest market trends, products, and competitors’ activity. Compiling a monthly feedback report on to the RM team.
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database to build solid relationships with customers and support future potential selling opportunities.
  • Generate, maintain and report the daily and MTD sell-out including sell-out post launch and special animation activity.
  • Report the stock on hand availability to avoid the stock shortage.
  • Offer a unique luxurious experience to every customer by delivering exceptional service and bringing to life the brand’s customer journey by building rapport, sharing product knowledge and expert advice.
  • Demonstrate the effective usage and benefits of the skin care product line and ensure high level of expertise while conducting professional product applications.
  • Address and resolve enquiries, issues, or complaints that a customer may have and seek assistance from the RPM or other colleagues when required.
  • Acquire the required knowledge to educate and guide customers on the most appropriate range and usage of products to use to suit the skin type identified and follow-up with the client on their experience.
  • Use clienteling techniques and tools to connect with customers.
  • Maintain all operating standards by ensuring merchandising levels, stock replenishment and organizing display as per the brand’s guidelines and the brand Counter protocol.
