HealthOne Skin Clinic is one of up to eight departments found at most of our locations and is boutique medical aesthetics practice. We are currently equipped to offer a variety skin rejuvenation services as well as treatment for medical skin conditions. In this exciting opportunity, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice and a memorable experience for all visitors of our Skin Clinic. Responsibilities * Engage compassionately with our patients to ensure they feel welcomed, accommodated, and encounter a 5-star experience at all times. * Efficiently handle all front desk tasks with pristine attention to detail, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, confirmations, billing and payment, and data entry. * Contribute to smooth clinic flow and overall success of the business by providing reliable administrative support, adhering to policies & procedures and participating in goal achievement. * Actively seek out opportunities to improve and expand our patients’ experience in the clinic, while assisting the management team to maximize clinic performance and growth.
