On Target Earnings (OTE): £30,000–£40,000+ (Uncapped commission potential)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Cecily Medi Spa in Marlow is seeking a talented and passionate Skin Therapist who loves advanced aesthetic treatments and is excited to help take our medi spa to the next level. If you live and breathe skin health, enjoy delivering exceptional client results, and want to work with cutting-edge technology and luxury products, we’d love to meet you.
We specialise in results with relaxation — combining advanced skincare technology with the luxury experience our clients love. We use DermaQuest professional skincare and offer treatments such as radiofrequency, microneedling, CACI, Hydrafacial, and IPL/laser. Experience in these is ideal, but if you’re eager to learn, we will invest in your training and development.
While your primary focus will be on skin therapy and advanced facial aesthetics, the ability to offer high-quality beauty services such as massage, waxing, brows, and lashes will be a valued bonus and help you maximise your client base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver advanced skin and facial treatments with a focus on visible results and a luxurious, relaxing client experience
• Provide professional consultations, aftercare advice, and personalised skincare recommendations
• Maintain exceptional treatment quality, hygiene, and client care
• Support the spa’s wider treatment menu with services such as:
• Massage (deep tissue, hot stone, relaxation)
• Waxing (including intimate)
• Lash & brow treatments (including lash lift)
• Manicures & pedicures (including gels)
• Promote retail products and treatment courses to achieve personal and team targets
• Keep up to date with new treatment protocols, products, and industry trends
