The Sales Educator is responsible for driving sales growth through technical expertise and demo-led selling across assigned brands and territory. This role combines sales accountability with advanced technical capability, using professional demos to close new doors, accelerate brand entry, and expand portfolios within existing accounts. Sales Educator operate with a commercial mindset, owning sales and collection targets while leveraging their technical advantage to sell faster, more convincingly, and with reduced reliance on discounting. RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Planning & Target Execution Develop and execute yearly, quarterly, monthly, and daily action plans to achieve assigned targets. Break down overall and brand-specific targets into clear, account-level plans. Ensure monthly achievement of targets for each assigned brand, not only total territory sales. Monitor performance regularly and proactively close gaps to target. Demo-Led Selling & Deal Closure Plan, schedule, and execute professional brand demos as a primary selling tool. Use demos to: o Close new doors. o Introduce new brands or lines into existing accounts. o Accelerate client decision-making and order placement. Own the demo-to-order conversion process. Ensure demos translate into confirmed orders and repeat business. Demonstrate hands-on technical expertise in products, protocols, and application techniques. Account Management & Portfolio Growth Maintain existing accounts through consistent visits and structured follow-ups. Grow accounts by increasing brand depth and portfolio penetration. Upsell additional brands, lines, and services within salons. Ensure effective selling of the full approved brand portfolio.Ensure each visit is productive and focused on selling and opportunity creation. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Brand Toolbox Execution Collaborate closely with: o Education teams for onboarding and growth support. o Marketing teams for campaigns, launches, and POSM activation. o Brand Managers for focus products, priorities, and promotions. Fully utilize the brand toolbox, including: o Commercial frameworks. o Catalogues and price lists. o POSM and launch materials. Ensure correct execution of brand assets at salon level. QUALIFICATIONS: Certified technical professional (hairdresser/ therapist/ technician, depending on category). Proven ability to conduct professional demos and convert them into sales. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Commercially aware with understanding of pricing, promotions, and credit discipline. Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven hybrid role. EXPERIENCE: 3–7 years of hands-on technical experience, combined with strong sales exposure. COMPETENCIES Demo-led selling through hands-on technical expertise and real service knowledge. Strong ability to sell in the same technical language as salon professionals. Strategic sales planning and execution with a commercial mindset. Advanced multi-brand and multi-line portfolio management. Commercial discipline, value-based negotiation, and margin awareness. Effective territory coverage, route optimization, and time management. Deep understanding of brands, services, treatments, and competitor positioning. Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Education, Marketing, and Brand teams. High accountability, ownership, and results-driven execution.
