Compensation: AED 10,000 monthly salary + 5% uncapped commission on all sales.

This is a fully remote position, granting you the autonomy to build and manage your client portfolio with the flexibility your entrepreneurial spirit demands.

  • Strategic B2B Sales: Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to penetrate the professional aesthetic market in the UAE.
  • High-Value Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and cultivate relationships with decision-makers at leading aesthetic clinics, dermatology practices, and med-spas.
  • Scientific & Technical Presentations: Masterfully articulate the science behind Majestic Skin, conducting compelling virtual and in-person presentations that resonate with medical and aesthetic professionals.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Drive the sales process from initial contact and product demonstration to negotiation, closing, and account onboarding.
  • Client Success & Training: Provide new clinics with the in-depth product knowledge and training required to successfully integrate Majestic Skin into their service offerings and retail sales.
  • Market Intelligence: Act as our eyes and ears on the ground, providing crucial feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to our head office in Japan.
