Skiptracer Are you an experienced auto finance Skiptracer who knows how to locate hard-to-find customers and drive real recoveries? At SAFCO, we’re looking for someone who can go beyond dialing—someone who can investigate, negotiate, and close. What You’ll Do * Locate customers using advanced skip tracing tools and investigative techniques * Handle delinquent accounts through inbound/outbound communication * Negotiate repayment plans and voluntary surrenders * Experience with dealing with direct recovery agents and national forwarders * Be comfortable with meeting customer outbound call requirements and meeting other minimum KPI requirements * Manage the repossession process with vendors * Maintain strict FDCPA compliance and documentation standards * Work accounts others can’t resolve What You Need * Auto finance collections / skip tracing experience (required) * Strong understanding of repossession and recovery workflows * Proven ability to find and engage difficult-to-locate customers * Solid communication and negotiation skills * Experience with skip tracing systems, dialers, and loan platforms * Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Work Setup * Fully remote (U.S.-based) * 1 week onsite training in Pompano Beach, FL Why SAFCO * Established leader in non-prime auto finance * Performance-driven environment where skill matters * Real opportunity to make an impact in high-value recovery work COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES We offer a competitive base salary plus a performance-driven bonus plan.
