Responsibilities
  • Execution of the team’s daily and weekly processes to support the best product availability and casefill for our customers.
  • Effectively manage communication for NPD, Delists and Transitions, in terms of availability dates and available stock as well as being the voice of the customer/customer logistics within weekly routines.
  • Working closely with the Customer Service and Deployment teams to coordinate the management of promotional variants.
  • Allocating and tracking customer demand against agreed forecast.
  • Supporting the reduction of aged stock both through prevention and our aged stock process execution.
  • Collaborate and communicate with Customer Collaboration and confidently share customer requirements back to the business.
  • Embracing functional excellence: initiate, facilitate or support the creation of Standard Operating Procedures and excellence tools.
  • Working collaboratively across the larger team to build team robustness and to drive improvements.
    You should be a strong team worker and problem solver who will thrive in a fast paced, varied environment with lots of challenges. The right candidate will have strong excel and analytical skills.
