* Build and nurture personal relationship with affluent NR customers by in-depth profiling of the client, identify opportunities and matching these opportunities to products/ solutions provided by Kotak Group * Generate business across liabilities, assets and fee products to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues and client stickiness * Acquire new affluent clients and increase the customer base * Work closely with other businesses to provide NRI customers with seamless access to NR products * Navigate through adaptive and technical challenges to seamlessly align service delivery and enhance client experience   * Track customer complaints/queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and provide information about product and service enhancements. * Ensure client engagement at all times though regular connecting via Omni Channel * Ensure adherence to all bank and regulatory processes at all times * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills * In depth NR product & process knowledge with mandatory NISM & IRDA certification * Strong numerical-analytical skills and communication skills * Experience in building and maintaining affluent customer relationships * Open to work as per Global time zone
