JD – “RM – Global Indian” Department CEC (SKY Branch) Location Thane and Hyderabad Number of Positions Reporting Relationships Position Grade M1 to M5 Build and nurture personal relationship with affluent NR customers by in-depth profiling of the client, identify opportunities and matching these opportunities to products/ solutions provided by Kotak Group Generate business across liabilities, assets and fee products to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues and client stickiness Acquire new affluent clients and increase the customer base Work closely with other businesses to provide NRI customers with seamless access to NR products Navigate through adaptive and technical challenges to seamlessly align service delivery and enhance client experience Track customer complaints/queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and provide information about product and service enhancements. Ensure client engagement at all times though regular connecting via Omni Channel Ensure adherence to all bank and regulatory processes at all times Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills In depth NR product & process knowledge with mandatory NISM & IRDA certification Strong numerical-analytical skills and communication skills Experience in building and maintaining affluent customer relationships Open to work as per Global time zone
