Department CEC (NR Inbound) Location Thane   Number of Positions 6 Reporting Relationships   Position Grade M1 to M2         * Build and nurture personal relationship with affluent NR customers by identify opportunities and matching these opportunities to products/ solutions provided by Kotak Group * Work closely with other businesses to provide NRI customers with seamless access to NR products * Navigate through adaptive and technical challenges to seamlessly align service delivery and enhance client experience   * Track customer complaints/queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and provide information about product and service enhancements. * Ensure adherence to all bank and regulatory processes at all times             * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills * In depth NR product & process knowledge * Strong numerical-analytical skills and communication skills * Experience in building and maintaining affluent customer relationships * Open to work as per Global time zone
