Our global client is seeking experienced and highly motivated Slickline Supervisors to oversee well intervention operations at client sites across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising slickline activities, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and high service quality on-site. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work in challenging environments, both onshore and offshore.
Applicants must reside in Europe due to working Visa restrictions.

• Supervise and coordinate slickline operations including well maintenance, setting/removing plugs, gauge retrievals, and other downhole activities.
• Ensure that all operations comply with client standards, HSE regulations, and company procedures.
• Manage and lead slickline crews, ensuring roles and responsibilities are understood and carried out efficiently.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and well services teams to ensure operational goals are met.
• Conduct pre-job planning and post-job reporting, including risk assessments, toolbox talks, and end-of-job summaries.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, equipment usage, and personnel time.
• Oversee the maintenance, inspection, and certification of slickline tools and equipment.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and make timely decisions to prevent downtime.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to junior crew members.
