Description Ensure all guests who wish to use the slide meets the minimum height requirement. The ability to speak to guests of all ages in a pleasant and respectful voice. Monitor the water slide at the pool, ensuring that guest/children are adhering to pool guidelines. Able to work in all climates due to the position is located outside. Assist children if having difficulty exiting slide pool. Requirements Maintain and adhere to our company values and guidelines. Must have great attention to detail and organization. Ability to work well under pressure. Willingness to be a flexible team player and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment Great customer service skills Must be CPR Certified Tact, good judgement, and proven experience interacting with customers and resort management. Maintain an organized and clean work area and hotel environment

Responsibilities

The attendant must ensure all guests meet the minimum height requirement for the slide and monitor the water slide to enforce pool guidelines. They are also responsible for assisting children exiting the slide pool if they are having difficulty.
