Description
Slitter Operator- 3rd shift Sets up, operates, and produces slit products using equipment in a safe manner, following specifications, and ensuring quality products are sent out on time in full. Basic Qualifications Education -High School Diploma or GED required. Experience -Vocational training a plus. -Minimum of 3 yrs. experience in an industrial manufacturing environment operating complex manufacturing equipment. -Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation practices required. -Excellent verbal communication skills. -Mechanical aptitude. -Level II requires an excellent understanding of GMP requirements and the Oliver Tolas Quality System. Essential Functions -High degree of attention to detail -Follows job spec accurately -Ensures quality of product meets customer requirements -Reports non-compliant materials to QA immediately or as required by policy. Physical Requirements -Employee is required to stand, bend, kneel, walk, sit, balance, handle or feel objects; tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. -Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. -Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision; distance vision; color vision; peripheral vision; depth perception; and the ability to adjust focus. #OHCP
