Printpack Rhinelander - an industry leader in flexible packaging - is looking for a qualified candidate to fill our Slitter Operator position. The ideal candidate will possess initiative, communication and computer skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot issues. Operate a slitter at or above plant EFM goals while meeting all safety requirements Run quality product/identify quality issues Use PRISM to move orders/product through finishing dept Ability to learn/use the automated roll handling system integrated with the slitter Participate in preventative maintenance of slitters and automated roll handling system Have fine visual discrimination skills including color Ability to understand layout and specifications Ability to learn process troubleshooting skills and apply troubleshooting techniques Ability to learn/use PRISM Troubleshoot the slitters and integrated automated roll handling system Printpack is proudly an equal-opportunity employer.
