Job Description Role's Objective Fully following work procedure and timely & well control related document and job record. Provide excellent customer services to satisfy clients’ need. Be able to manage on-process order status. Well-understand scope of test items (both Chemical & Physical tests). Fully study & clearly understand testing program of many buyer branches. Ability on using several company softwares Specific Responsibilities Study testing manual & advise to Order Controller team or client. Communicate with client to clarify test query & follow up. Sample breakdown & assign appropriate test item(s) of sample component(s) Take sample photo. Save & name sample photo Be able to use several company software. Input correct & updated report due- date into system Arrange & summary account information in folder Buyer Manual in internal share drive Handle internal query on order status. Clarify unclear point of testing manual with Key Account Manager. Deliver company service to client Able to satisfy client's need within scope of job Willing on handling a new request/ procedure. Able to cooperate with others teams (ex: Lab, Reporting, Sales) in order to satisfy client's requirement. Other duties upon requested Qualifications University or above (Chemical or Textile/ garment industry) Good communication skills (Listening to fully understand, Explanation clearly & easy to understand) Fluently using English Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Strong social intelligence and influencing skill Additional Information Careful Trustworthy Systematic thinking Situation behavior skill Active & willing to handle new things
