Location: Mount Washington Alpine Resort Employment Type: Seasonal Winter full time Reports to: Front Desk Supervisor Your Opportunity: Join the dynamic team of Slopeside Accommodations for an Awesome Winter! We require outgoing, customer service oriented individuals to fill the position of Front Desk Agent at Bear and Deer Lodges. Must be available weekends and holidays. Start date is early December. We offer great benefits! Season’s pass, retail discounts and more. Responsibilities

The Front Desk Agent will manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs while maintaining knowledge of all aspects of the mountain to assist guests. They will also resolve guest concerns and clean rooms as needed.
