Description Summary of Duties: Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. Interact professionally with other team members, customers, and suppliers. Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other team members and organizations. Maintain strict privileged, proprietary, guest, and employer confidentiality during and beyond the term of my employment. Adhere to all work rules, policies & procedures, and safety standards. Position Purpose: To resolve minor machine issues and verify payouts in order to provide courteous and efficient guest services. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Respond quickly and courteously to requests for service. Provide exceptional guest service. Be knowledgeable of departmental and casino policies and procedures. Explain promotions and slot machine features to guests when needed. Provide cash exchanges and payouts to guests following jackpot procedures. Maintain an accurate accounting of funds issued. Become familiar with casino events and promotions in order to accurately inform guests. Perform minor machine maintenance such as loading paper, ribbon, or repairing bill jams. Communicate all guest complaints or concerns to the Slot Personnel Coordinator. Report all gaming machine malfunctions to the Shift Supervisor on duty in a timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Education/Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Cash handling experience preferred. Licensing: Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License. Work Requirements: Requires problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Position involves prolonged walking, stooping, or bending, lifting, or carrying up to 50 pounds daily. Work is performed in a casino environment with varying levels of lighting, air quality, noise, and / or temperature. Acknowledgement: I have read and understand the above job description.
