OVERVIEW

As a Slot Attendant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the gaming experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all slot machines are functioning properly and that guests receive exceptional service. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
This position is part time evening/night shifts assigned throughout the week. Must be over the age of 18. Must be able to provide a clean police check.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred.
  • Basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling and payouts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as required by the role.
