What you’ll be responsible for: * Monitoring casino floor activity to ensure overall guest satisfaction * Managing monies paid out by slot machines * Trading currency for casino guests * Monitoring transactions and reporting possible fraud to supervisors * Minor machine repairs and housekeeping duties * Courteous and timely customer service Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous cash handling experience preferred. Strong customer service, math, and counting skills required. Must be able to handle a fast-paced, demanding environment with a secondary smoke element, and elevated noise level. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. is required.
