JOB DUTIES: 1. Reset minor malfunctions on slot machines. 2. Maintains security and accountability of funds entrusted. 3. Ensures all facilities and equipment are functioning properly within the department. 4. Greets customers and sees that players are properly hosted. 5. Verifies Open/Close and Buys for all Banks. 6. Maintains good customer relations. 7. Always perform duties in a positive and professional manner. 8. Must adhere to policies and procedures. 9. Performs designated fill duties as assigned. 10. Effects change transactions with customers. 11. Must attend all meetings and/or training as directed by management. 12. Performs all duties as assigned. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or GED required. Comprehensive computer skills. Previous money handling experience preferred. Must have the mathematical skills to be proficient in balancing all banks and departmental documents. Basic knowledge of slot machine theory and operation required. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills. Good organizational and clerical skills required. Must be able to obtain gaming license. Bi-cultural experience preferred. Native American preference. CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT 1. Must have a telephone. 2. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. 3. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs. 4. Must be able to interact successfully with associates and guests 5. Must be able to withstand a smoky environment for extended periods of time, with direct exposure to secondhand smoke.
