Slot Floor Person     POSITION PURPOSE: The Slot Floor person is responsible for quickly and accurately performing fills and jackpots on machines, as well as minor repairs.  A Slot Floor person walks the casino floor, making themselves available to assist customers and provide friendly, courteous service at all times.     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Protects company assets and equipment. 2. Verifies and pays jackpots and fills efficiently and accurately. 3. Moves bagged and rolled coin as needed for the department. 4. Provides quick, friendly service to every customer. 5. Uses appropriate procedures to check in/out Booth Cashiers. 6. Completes, verifies and signs appropriate documents. 7. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.     SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITY: 1. Must be able to lift, pull, push and carry up to 100 pounds. 2. Must be able to push and pull heavy carts. 3. Must be able to turn key constantly. 4. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. 5. Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel and twist. 6. Must be able to continuously and quickly maneuver around casino Slot areas for entire shift. 7. Must be able to tolerate stressful situations and frequent interruptions. 8. Must be able to accurately count and verify banks when necessary. 9. Must be able to have dexterity in both hand and finger movement. 10. Must be able to handle and solve any concerns and questions customers may have. 11. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. 12. Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust. 13. Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills, both written and verbal. 14. Must be able to mentally add, subtract and multiply large amounts of money at a rapid and accurate pace. 15. Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift. 16. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. 17. Must present a well-groomed appearance.     QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:   Education:  High school diploma or equivalent required.   Experience:  One year previous slot floor person experience preferred.
