Job Description Wynn Resorts provides our guests with popular games including Wheel of Fortune, Megabucks, Monopoly, Blazing 7’s, and Top Dollar – Slot Administration holds the responsibility of ensure all of these games are functioning properly. The Slot Floorperson's main responsibility is to exclusively monitor and maintain guest/employee service within the casino floor and the accountability of coin and currency bank totals. The Slot Floorperson will assist guests/employees with jackpot needs, redeeming chips, coin and tickets, providing currency for jackpot payments and slot ticket redemptions and accurately recording and maintaining cash transaction documents on the casino floor and within the High Limit Slot area The Slot Floorperson will actively monitor and provide service throughout casino sections and the High Limit room, initiating the payments of jackpots, selling change, checking co-workers in/out of their banks, redeeming tickets and increasing enrollment for the loyalty club. Qualifications Requires high volume cashiering and money handling experience. Excellent guest service and phone etiquette skills. Proficiency with IGT EZ Pay and IGT FJP is required. Previous Floorperson experience is preferred, but not required. A valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this position. Must be 21 years of age or older.
