Slot Host Supervisor

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Slot Host Supervisor to lead our Slot Host team. As the Slot Host Supervisor , you will play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the effective and efficient management of changes to our organization’s systems, processes, and procedures.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Personal vehicles and reliable transportation are required .

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to read and interpret documents, instructions, and manuals, as well as to communicate effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minium 2 years of supervisory experience demonstrating a successful track record in managing change initiatives .
  • Prior slot experience and Gaming industry experience are strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and managing risks associated with change.
  • Thorough understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing change management software, project management tools, and IT systems.
  • Basic money handling skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patrons, employees and management in both written and verbal form.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to maintain positive and effective working relationships with patrons, employees and management.
  • Ability to use computers and tablets.
  • Ability to maintain composure during times of uncertainty.
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Provide strong leadership to a team of Slot Hosts, offering guidance, coaching, and support to ensure effective performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.

Change Management Policies and Practices:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management policies, procedures, and best practices to facilitate successful change implementation.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes and identify , analyze, and effectively manage associated risks.
  • Ensure all changes adhere to the organization’s change management policies and are properly documented and approved.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with the IT department and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of system changes with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the Slot Host team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and coordination.

Auditing and Process Improvement:

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor adherence to change management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Make recommendations for enhancements to existing change management procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Progress Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on the progress of change management initiatives, providing regular updates to management.
  • Communicate with any issues, risks, or roadblocks encountered during the change management process and propose mitigation strategies.
