PURPOSE To supervise Slot personnel and floor activities as they relate to the Slot Department and assist other Slot team members with their jobs as needed. To ensure that all Slot activities are conducted in a professional manner with primary emphasis on guest service. SUPERVISORY SCOPE Slot Attendants ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Team Leadership & Floor Operations: Lead day-to-day slot floor operations by supervising team members, coordinating floor coverage, preparing and adjusting schedules, ensuring completion of daily paperwork, and verifying gaming transactions for accuracy and compliance. Guest Service Escalations & Dispute Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point for guest concerns, disputes, and machine-related issues; resolve matters promptly and professionally while protecting game integrity and the Casino’s standards. Casino Information & Guest Engagement: Serve as a knowledgeable resource by providing accurate information about Casino services and proactively promoting events, loyalty programs, and entertainment offerings to enhance the guest experience. Transaction Oversight & Service Excellence: Ensure slot transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, modeling exceptional guest service and coaching staff on proper procedures and service expectations. Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities: Manage daily office and administrative functions, including required documentation and reporting, while maintaining organization and attention to detail. Operational Support & Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support departmental objectives and maintain seamless operations. Requirements Education and Experience: Associate’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. An additional two (2) years of applicable experience may be considered in lieu of education. Two (2) years of experience in a casino slot department within an equivalent-sized property. Skills and Abilities: Mathematical Accuracy: Demonstrated math proficiency with strong attention to detail. Cash Handling & Accountability: Proven ability to handle cash accurately and maintain integrity in all transactions. Guest Service Excellence: Consistently delivers friendly, professional, and service-focused guest support. Verbal & Written Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work effectively with all casino departments to support efficient, seamless operations. Computer & Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in basic computer applications, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. PREFERRED Education and Experience: Preferred knowledge of SDS, CMP and Everi. One (1) year of casino slot supervisory experience. One (1) year of experience leading others in a supervisory or manager role preferred.
