Description
What You'll Do Slot Technicians are responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical player terminals. What You'll Bring Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of Casino. Responsible for the repair, overhaul, and proper preventative maintenance of all player terminals to ensure optimal operation. The slot tech must be proactive and identify problems & solutions follow up with the Slot Tech Supervisor. Will assist in moving and installing gaming devices as needed. Responsible for the breakdown, relocation, and re set-up of machines and stands to be relocated. Held accountable, to a high degree, for maintaining accurate and thorough departmental records and reports. Must learn and ensure policies and procedures are being followed per the departments’ Internal Controls. Perform other tasks assigned. Regulatory & Compliance Responsibilities Six (6) months experience working as a Slot Technician, or other related electronics or IT experience. High School diploma or GED. Strong guest service and problem-solving skills. Able to Multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels Gaming License Required? Ability to secure and maintain STATE OR TRIBAL Gaming License.
