We are looking for Slot Technicians to assist with keeping our slot machines running smoothly. This position will work with the Slot Tech Manager to troubleshoot and repair slot machine malfunctions. Essential Functions * - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on slot machines, ensuring they operate efficiently and comply with gaming regulations. * Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with gaming machines, identifying effective solutions in a timely manner. * Install new slot machines and perform software updates as necessary. * Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance and repairs, including parts inventory and service logs. * Provide technical support and respond to inquiries from customers and staff regarding machine operation. * Collaborate with the IT and operations teams to ensure the seamless integration of gaming technologies. * Adhere to all regulatory and company policies to ensure a safe and responsible gaming environment. * Continuously seek to improve technical skills and stay updated on industry advancements. * Ability to be approved for and maintain appropriate gaming license issues by PGCB. Job Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics or a related field is preferred. * Proven experience as a Slot Technician or in a similar technical role within the gaming industry. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. * Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Ability to stand, crouch, and lift heavy equipment as needed. * Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
