Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for Slovak-speaking customers seeking assistance with car-related inquiries, products, and services. Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively addressing and resolving issues. Collaborate closely with automotive specialists to provide accurate information and support to clients. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance. Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and product offerings to provide informed support.
