Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Slovak Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Sofia. This position comes with a fully paid relocation package, making it ideal for those looking to embrace a new adventure while helping Slovak-speaking customers with their service needs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding support and problem-solving capabilities. Responsibilities Assist Slovak-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Provide support regarding inquiries related to products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, maintaining professionalism throughout. Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure clear and consistent communication. Collaborate with fellow team members and departments to drive efficiency and improve service delivery. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate assistance to customers. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred. Strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Ability to handle and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficient in using CRM software and familiar with standard office applications. Self-directed with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to relocate to Sofia with a fully paid relocation package.
