Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, returns, and general support. Effectively resolve complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system. Stay informed about company products and services to deliver knowledgeable assistance. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills. Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service or related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented and well-organized. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation costs fully covered.
