Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service or related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented and well-organized.
