Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the automotive industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about automotive solutions and enjoy helping customers with their inquiries. In this position, you will assist clients by providing information about automotive products and services, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service in Slovak. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and warranty information via phone, email, and chat in Slovak. Provide guidance on product features, pricing, and availability. Assist customers with order tracking, service bookings, and issue resolution. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaborate with technical and sales teams to deliver timely solutions and updates to customers. Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and developments to provide accurate information. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive sector. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Ability to handle various inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
