Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Aviation industry. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about aviation and customer service. As a member of our team, you will assist customers with their inquiries related to flights, bookings, and aviation services, all while providing exceptional support in Slovak. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding aviation services, flight bookings, and travel information via phone, email, and live chat in Slovak. Provide assistance with ticketing, changes, cancellations, and related services. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up. Collaborate with airline partners and operational teams to provide customers with real-time updates and information. Stay informed about flight schedules, aviation regulations, and industry trends to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; proficient English skills are a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation or travel sector. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers positively. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications is desirable.
