This position is perfect for individuals who have a keen interest in finance and enjoy helping customers navigate their banking needs. As a part of our dedicated team, you will provide exceptional support and service to clients, using your Slovak language skills to ensure clear communication. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to banking services, account management, and financial products via phone, email, and chat in Slovak. Educate clients on banking processes, account features, and online banking tools. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to transactions and account discrepancies. Document all customer interactions accurately and ensure follow-up as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and financial products. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or financial sector, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to manage sensitive financial inquiries with discretion and professionalism. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficient in using CRM systems and general computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend shifts as needed.
