As a representative, you will assist customers with inquiries related to our biotechnology products and services, ensuring they receive the assistance they need in Slovak. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding biotechnology products and services through phone, email, and chat in Slovak. Provide detailed information about product features, usage, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions. Document customer interactions accurately and follow up to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Work closely with sales and product teams to enhance the customer care experience. Stay up to date with biotechnology advancements and product offerings to assist clients effectively. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers. Ability to simplify complex information for a diverse customer audience. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
