This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about science and technology and possess a strong commitment to customer service. As a customer service representative, you will engage with clients in Slovak, providing support and information related to biotechnology products and services. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to biotechnology products, services, and research via phone, email, and chat in Slovak. Provide accurate information on product specifications, usage guidelines, and safety protocols. Assist clients with order processing, account management, and troubleshooting issues. Resolve customer complaints and technical queries promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction. Document all interactions in our CRM system to maintain comprehensive customer records. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery. Stay informed about industry developments and company offerings to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the biotechnology or healthcare industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to understand technical information and convey it in a customer-friendly manner. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
