Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a unique opportunity for Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the construction industry. If you have a passion for customer service and an interest in construction processes and products, this role is tailored for you. You will serve as a vital link between our clients and our services, facilitating smooth communication while providing outstanding support in Slovak. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to construction projects, materials, and services via phone, email, and chat in Slovak. Provide detailed information about product specifications, availability, and service timelines. Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and project updates. Resolve customer complaints and issues in an efficient and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system. Coordinate with operational teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly. Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant assistance to customers. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the construction or related sectors. Strong communication skills with an empathetic and patient approach. Excellent problem-solving abilities to effectively address customer issues. Aptitude for multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
