Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Construction industry. This role is ideal for individuals who have a keen interest in the construction sector and are passionate about providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries and ensuring they receive the support they need in Slovak. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to construction services, project details, and service availability via phone, email, and live chat in Slovak. Provide information on construction processes, timelines, and pricing structures. Assist customers with quotes, contracts, and project updates. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system. Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to provide updates and clarify customer needs. Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to effectively assist customers. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the construction or related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
