Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a unique opportunity for Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Education & E-Learning industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and technology, and who enjoy helping others succeed. In this position, you will provide support and assistance to students and educational institutions, enhancing their learning experiences while communicating effectively in Slovak. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding e-learning platforms, courses, and educational resources via phone, email, and chat in Slovak. Assist students with account creation, course enrollments, and technical issues related to the online learning environment. Provide detailed information on course content, program requirements, and available resources. Resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to support course delivery and enhance the overall customer experience. Stay informed about new educational trends and platform updates to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or e-learning sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting students and educational institutions. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and provide efficient services in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
