Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Energy sector, specifically within the Oil & Gas industry. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about energy solutions and dedicated to providing top-notch customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and help them navigate the complexities of energy services while communicating in Slovak. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to oil and gas services, pricing, and regulations via phone, email, and chat in Slovak. Assist customers with service activation, problem resolution, and account management. Provide accurate information regarding energy products and guidelines. Document all customer interactions and report issues to relevant teams for resolution. Collaborate with technical support and field teams to facilitate customer needs. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed responses. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, particularly in the energy or oil & gas sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to handle sensitive inquiries with discretion and empathy. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in using CRM systems and computer applications.
