Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the finance industry. This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about finance and customer service, looking to assist clients with their financial inquiries and needs. As a key member of our customer service team, you will ensure clients receive accurate information and support in Slovak. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management through phone, email, and chat in Slovak. Provide detailed information on banking services, loan options, and investment opportunities. Assist clients in resolving account issues, processing transactions, and understanding financial products. Document customer interactions diligently and maintain accurate records within the CRM system. Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer needs effectively. Stay informed about trends in the finance industry to provide relevant advice and assistance. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the finance sector, is advantageous. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and patience. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to handle sensitive financial inquiries with discretion and professionalism. Proficient in using customer service software and CRM tools. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
