Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to provide an opening for Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Food & Beverage industry. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food and drink and appreciate providing exceptional customer care. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries and ensure they have a delightful experience while communicating in Slovak. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to food and beverage products, orders, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Slovak. Provide detailed information on product availability, pricing, and promotions. Assist customers with order processing, changes, and cancellations. Address and resolve any customer complaints with empathy and professionalism. Document customer interactions accurately for future reference in the CRM system. Collaborate with operational teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Keep updated on industry trends and product offerings to better assist customers. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address customer inquiries effectively. Ability to multitask and manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
