You will assist customers with their healthcare inquiries, offering guidance and support in Slovak to ensure they navigate their healthcare needs effectively. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to healthcare services, insurance options, and medical products via phone, email, and chat in Slovak. Provide accurate information about healthcare policies, procedures, and product offerings. Assist customers with appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and service navigation. Resolve issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a satisfactory customer experience. Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for follow-up and compliance. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative teams to facilitate customer needs. Stay informed about industry updates and best practices to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, particularly in the healthcare sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, customer-focused approach. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently. Familiarity with healthcare terminology and practices is a plus.
