Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. This role is perfect for individuals with a love for travel and a dedication to providing excellent service. You will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with their travel inquiries and ensuring they have an outstanding experience in Slovak. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and tourism services via phone, email, and live chat in Slovak. Provide detailed information on destinations, available services, and promotional offers. Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with hotel partners and tourism services to enhance the customer experience. Stay up to date on travel trends, offers, and company services to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred. Prior experience in customer service, especially in the hospitality or tourism sector, is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to stay calm under pressure. Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively and efficiently. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
