Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. This position is ideal for those who have a passion for travel and are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. As a part of our team, you will assist clients in Slovak, helping them navigate their travel options and ensure they have an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding travel bookings, hospitality services, and tourism activities via phone, email, and chat in Slovak. Provide detailed information on available services, rates, and travel guidelines. Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and any special requests. Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and courteous manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with hotel and service partners to enhance customer experience. Stay updated on travel destinations, company offerings, and industry trends to provide accurate information. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, especially in the hospitality or tourism sectors, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Excellent problem-solving skills and a knack for handling challenging situations. Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently and maintain quality service under pressure. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
